APPRAISALS AND VALUATIONS

Pigreco’s team deals with the preparation of valuation report and the elaboration of evaluations contained in them:

  • Valuation reports pursuant to art. 2465 of the Italian Civil Code regarding the value of shares subject to transfer in S.r.l

  • Valuation reports pursuant to art. 2465, paragraph 2 of the Civil Code on the value of shares to be sold in S.r.l

  • Valuation reports pursuant to art. 2343-ter, paragraph 2, letter. B, of the Civil Code on the value of shares to be contributed in S.p.A

  • Impairment Test;

  • Valuation reports pursuant to article 2, paragraph 229, Law 191/2009 of the value of shares subject to revaluation;
