Pigreco assisted the Zanotta shareholders in the sale to Tecno. Tecno, historical brand founded in the 50’s by Borsani brothers and led since 2010 by Giuliano Mosconi, has acquired the majority of Zanotta, one of the most well-known brands in the household furniture market and leader in design since the 50’s. The merger between Tecno and Zanotta has generated several synergies and business opportunities at international level, which will be leveraged according to the specific features and identities of the two brands. Pigreco Corporate Finance acted as sole financial advisor of the Zanotta shareholders.
